At Always Your Choice medical office, our continuing mission is to provide quality medical services to all patients, regardless of income level, insurance coverage, or socioeconomic factors.

Due to the present economy, a growing number of people are caught in the middle, unable to qualify for federal insurance coverage, yet unable to afford private. Reuters recently reported that 50% of personal bankruptcies in America are due to insured people’s inability to meet expenses incurred by an unforeseen medical emergency.

We have always been proud to offer quality primary care with compassion and authority. Always Your Choice also continues to distinguish itself as a provider of testing, education, counseling, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care of patients living with HIV and other STDs. In addition to all of this, we are certified to administer many immunizations and vaccinations, and to offer immigration medical services.

We also try to serve the public by making a wealth of free health information available on our comprehensive website. Written exclusively for Always Your Choice by our own researchers and specialists, the articles on our site are part of our plan to help educate people about their own health concerns.

There are many substantial costs in administering these services, and we often struggle financially. We greatly enjoy the care we give, and if possible, we would do it for free. We are rigorously honest in our billing practices, and the fact is that insurance companies are unable to reimburse providers for many services common to good care. As a primary care office, we perform no surgical procedures, nor do we often admit patients to hospitals – means by which many practices are able to increase revenue.

If you would like to help by becoming a sponsor of Always Your Choice, we would like to discuss this. We seek no large financial gifts. We seek the help of those interested in pledging a small amount, on a one-time or ongoing basis, out of your agreement with our efforts and goals. We assure you that sponsors’ gifts are never applied toward salaries, but toward medical equipment, web maintenance, and the fees of low-income patients who cannot afford testing or medicine.

You may give anonymously if you wish. By law, the office will declare gift money on its tax statement as taxable income. Always Your Choice is not a non-profit organization, so your gift is not tax-deductible. However, under some circumstances, promoting a small business does qualify for a tax break; please speak with your accountant or financial advisor. We receive no large donations, nor the benefit of federal or state funds. We are a small business for profit – but one in significant debt, and one which continues to give its patients above and beyond.

If you wish to give toward a specific purchase for the office – for example, a small sum toward a new article of medical equipment, or the medication needs of a certain illness – speak with us. Otherwise, we are happy to tell you exactly how your gift money was applied, so you can know how your generosity has improved the services we provide to our patients. Additionally, if you own or operate a business, we can discuss including it on our vendor website. Have your webmaster speak with us about a link or banner exchange program.

You may also choose to offer a gift of skills or expertise instead of money. We would gladly welcome any needed assistance you’d care to provide, for as long as you desire.
